From my first enquiry to my mother’s stay at Rosemary Lodge, I could not help but be impressed. Not once did the manager try to convince me – she didn’t need to – actions spoke louder than any words. It was impressed upon me that this was now my mother’s home and she, and we the family, needed to feel the comfort and freedoms of living in your own home but secure in the knowledge that she was well cared for and safe. As I left Rosemary Lodge I did so with total reassurance that she was enjoying the best possible care in a most pleasant, bright and well-appointed home.
